Edna Andrade: Optical Paintings, 1960-1966, Locks Gallery, Philadelphia, PA

  (photo credit: Locks Gallery) An exhibition of paintings by Philadelphia artist Edna Andrade on the occasion of her 90th birthday.  A retrospective exhibition of her works on paper will be on view at the Woodmere Art Museum in Philadelphia opening on March 28.  Her work is also included in the upcoming survey Optic Nerve: Perceptual Art of the 1960s at the Columbus Museum of Art.  Read the article An Op Art Original by Amy S.
