Me too! I thoroughly enjoyed this conversation. Douglas provides not what is expected. And with that there is room to move.

This was a really rich and interesting interview, Matthew and Doug. The show itself is taut and focused, but at the same time, kind of delicious and sensuous. The talk adds yet another flavor to a spicy stew. Thank you!

Great interview, really enjoyed getting to know more about Douglas' work. While I'm sorry about "the flood", it's amazing how it functioned as somewhat of a Phoenix...allowing this new work to come into being. Considering this work as talisman...seeing it in that context, so important to know, (for me) it organizes all the energy these pieces put out. They feel like they could protect us from just about anything! Lastly, tracking back the subliminal imprinting from your childhood...fascinating. Let's hear it for Moms and wallpaper!
