Installation view May 11 – June 30, 2009 Ferrous cast sculpture and sculpture carved wood prints by gallery artist John Robert Craft. Craft utilizes the weight of four solid cast metal sculptures to carve into the wooden surface of the blocks used in the creation of these prints in this most recent series of his work. The artist uses the geometry of each sculptural piece in the marking of the wood so that the resultant prints reflect both the weight and dimension of the sculpture in honest but surprising images.
